    Hi, I’m Mike,

I just noticed that there is the “server error 500” appearing on some of your website pages. I’m pretty positive that those types of errors won’t be appreciated by your customers and can significantly reduce the number of clicks from the Google.

I’ve decided to help and created the document for you with a few screenshots of errors and also indicated the links to the pages where they appear, hope it helps.

Here is the link to the doc:

    Hi Tiffanie,

I am all for changes to the CRB and applaud the new ordinances but if the mayor doesn’t sign them on time and all the applications are grandfathered isn’t it all moot?
  • Sean Yelle
    Hi Tiffanie,

I read your missive about the conversion of the old Hudson Tavern into a recreational cannabis location. I appreciate the concerns that exist, but I also find the tenor of the conversation to be unbalanced. I live in Ward 2 and agree that I don’t want Hoboken to devolve into some lawless anarchy, but I really don’t think that has any connection to recreational cannabis which was overwhelmingly approved in the 2020 election period.

I’m in support of a recreational cannabis dispensary in Ward 2. I understand that people may be concerned about the smell of consumption on the premises may impact the residential locations directly touching the dispensary, but that feels like a burden you must place on the dispensary owners to have appropriate ventilation and filtration. The point you raised of mixing cannabis and alcohol is a strawman argument as the consumption of cannabis is meant to take place in your own home or in authorized locations which are also not allowed to serve alcohol. The solution is education, but you can’t use this as a regulatory step when the laws are already clear. Consumption on the sidewalk or waterfront is fair, but we already have public consumption laws in place.

It’s very clear that you are in the minority of NJ state residents who do not support recreational cannabis, but as a Hoboken resident in your ward I am. I want recreational cannabis dispensaries in Hoboken and the laws to be enforced for consumption. Having spent a number of years in other cities that have recreational dispensaries in densely populated areas I do not see the issues you raise to be non-starters, but things to solve for which other cities can paint a framework to work against.

I think it is important you recognize the points of view on both sides of this topic.

    Respectfully,

    Sean Yelle

How do we reverse this mess of a cannabis law so Hoboken is one of the 75% opt out? We must do a we can to prevent the Hudson Tavern cannabis. But regardless…how do reverse the whole thing in Hoboken? We are going to end up with open air smoking in all places including near schools just like in lawless NYC and San Francisco. Every place that has legal cannabis is the same degree of lawless with smoking in all outdoor places. Public consumption should be criminalized in all cases! And if the state law doesn’t allow it then fined in all cases.
  • Alexandra Auth
Thank you for standing up against recreational dispensaries. I’m a 5th ward resident, moved here after college in 2008, bought property in town in 2012, met my husband here in 2015 and now raising my 2 little girls in town. We love it here and want the best for this community. Please please update the ordinance to include childcare facilities and 750 feet distance. There are already too many empty shops on Washington Street and too many “paraphernalia” smoke shops. I fear Hoboken will change for the worse if these are allowed.

thank you for informing us about the possible drastic change use of hudson tavern. The tavern was a wonderful dining and meeting place for families, young adults and children. tom brennan was the

ultimate host for every occasion. what can we do to deter this property from its projected use as a cannibis hangout?

    Dear Madame, Dear Sirs!

Widespread placement of ads on the web for organic growth of factors influencing consumer behaviour.

    https://xn——ftbeand5abdikisgee.xn—p1ai/home/

Factors influencing consumer behaviour are certain actions of visitors on the web page, such as:

logging in to the web page, viewing pages, time spent on the website, link clicks, returns to the online resource.

    Unique Trading Offer:

Mass placement of your ads on the Internet in order to attract potential customers.

Growth of factors influencing consumer behaviour occurs by the large-scale placement of your ads without specifying the address of your website, but with the indication of other identifying features according to which you currently become number one in the top. These features can include a phone number, a unique name of the company or website, an identifier (number, product code, promotions, services), a physical address of the firm and etc.

    MAIN AIM:

The mass attraction of potential customers to your internet resource, products and services.

    Growth of behavioural factors.

    BENEFIT:

An increase in internet resource visitors who will find your internet resource directly from ads using search engines as well as through additional results of a search itself related to a the widest range of internet queries on your topic.

ADVANTAGES OF THIS TYPE OF AD:

    1. Mass promotion.

    2. Quick placement.

    3. Price.

    4. Placement by subject.

    5. Wide reach.

    6. Targeting.

    7. Growth of factors influencing consumer behaviour.

REASONS TO ORDER MASS ADS PLACEMENT ON THE WEB ДЛЯ GROWTH OF FACTORS INFLUENCING CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR:

1.Large-scale attraction of customers to your products and services through direct traffic from ads.

2.Promotion of your web page, due to search beginning to additionally show it for a wide range of search browser queries based on your subject.

    3. The absence of “filters” and “bans” of search, due to ads being published without an indication of an active link to the internet resource.

    4. An increase in internet resource traffic, which leads to an increase in orders and an expansion of the customer base.

    5. “Warm traffic”, since only engaged customers visit the online resource.

    6. Attraction of legal entities and individuals.

    7. Analysis of demand for services and goods.

8.Publication of your ads in different countries all over the world.

    WHERE ADS ARE PUBLISHED:

Ads are published: on billboards, in guest books, in comments, in catalogues, on forums.

Ads are placed on your: websites, landing pages, phones, YouTube videos, social media accounts, and on links to your other ads.

    SEARCH ENGINE SANCTIONS:

In this type of ad a ban by search is not possible, since ads are published without specifying an active link to the internet resource.

    Working method:

You send us the text of the ad, where your unique name and identifier is indicated at the end of the message, according to which an interested customer can quickly find your internet resource in search results in order to get further information about your product.

To do this, a unique name or identifier must be published in the appropriate section of your website и easily be found in search results.

    Randomisation:

Randomisation of ads is carried out according to the formula, which is accepted by many programs. As a result of randomisation, many unique ads are obtained from a single ad variant.

This is achieved by manually synomising the ad text, while the meaning of the messages does not change and remains understandable.

Tiffany; in the last couple of months when LAZ took over our garage at 15th and Garden, I can’t get over their audacity. They did not only NOT take down their ugly 15’ high sign, but they proceeded to add an additional one. I also one afternoon had a loaner car and I forgot to take my RFID reader with me and could not exit the garage, it took me over an hour to find the person to get help. BTW he was at best insulting and arrogant.

    Hello Tiffanie,

So happy to learn of your victory to remain and be a voice on the City Council for 2nd Ward.

Now that you and all the council members are still in position to be the voice of the people I have only one request.

Please suggest to the council to rollback the single bag charge in Hoboken.

Allow the businesses to operate with the understanding that Hoboken needs to change and adapt new policies to

help reduce waste and environmental problems. But allow them to make the decision to charge or not charge for bags.

From the start it was confusing as to what was being charged for bags. The big useless bags the city suggested are not used twice in most cases and now take up more space in my home then any other store product.

Many stores have stopped charging while others still say they have to charge.

Keep the environmental movement going but rollback the demand of charging to shop in Hoboken.

I wish you and all the City Council several years of making Hoboken great again.

    Best Regards,

    John Keegan

Hi Tiffany, Would love to see if there’s a way to address the constant illegal parking/standing outside Starbucks on 12/Hudson. It believe it creates a dangerous situation with the confusing intersection (2 way traffic east of Hudson, 1-way west of Hudson), shuttle busses, dogs, kids and strollers, and the fact there are almost always cars parked to run into Starbucks. Everyone needs their coffee, but maybe our neighbors could grab their cup before getting on the road…

Thanks for your consideration of the request!

I live on Mountain Rd. in Union City. For the second night in a row, the noise from the repair of the Park Ave bridge is so loud — at 11PM! — I am unable to sleep. I appreciate you need to work at night BUT NOT after 9pm. Also why was there no public hearings about this project or the unbearable noise residents would be subjected to?

I am hoping to get the personal phone numbers of the Hudson County Freeholders so affected residents can begin call their homes at 3am daily.

  • Michelle Sager
Hi Tiffanie, I’ve been following your Facebook updates on traffic due to the Park St. bridge construction. We were heading up to Ft. Lee mid morning today and at 14th & Park, saw one officer directing traffic , 3 others over in the shade chatting. When we got to Willow, at 15th, I believe, there were 3 officers, all standing under a tree, talking and laughing. Once we got into Weehawken, we found their officers doing the same thing on that side of the bridge. Coming home, we took the back road which goes under the bridge and past the soccer fields. There was a car with an officer in it blocking the northbound lane of the bridge, as it should have been. Traffic was backing up at the light there on the south side of the bridge, both with bridge traffic and the others who, like us, had taken the other route. All of us sitting a a red light for no reason, including waiting while the light was green for traffic on the street at the south end of the soccer field. Of course, that street is blocked off, so there was no traffic and absolutely no excuse for an officer not to be there keeping us moving along. He chose to sit in his vehicle. Lots of officers on duty, not many of them working, very disappointing……..
Fight your California speeding ticket and win here. Fight your red light camera ticket here. Fight your cell phone ticket here.
