Just make sure you complete the three required fields: name, signature and address. The mayor's office had a field added for email this year as a way to gather emails, but it is not required by law. I can come pick it up or you can bring to my kick-off party on the 23rd! If you don’t have a printer, let me know and I can bring you one!
